Contract with republic services begins august 1st

Beginning August 1, 2025 Henrietta Township has entered into a seven year contract with Republic Services for all trash and recycle pick up for residents. They will be billing residents quarterly based on a monthly fee of $23.02 plus a quarterly administration fee of $4.75. Your quarterly fee will be $69.06 ($23.02 X 3) plus $4.75 for a total of $73.81. In February of each year the monthly fee will increase by 5%. This service will include one waste and one recycle container as provided by Republic. Any additional containers will be available at a cost of $6.00 per month. Republic also offers one bulk pickup day per month. It will be the same day as the current regular pick up. Under the terms of this agreement if a resident currently has another trash pick up provider they are free to continue to use their provider of choice.

The current weekly pick up day in Henrietta Township is Friday. The day can be changed by Republic Service after proper notice is given to Township customers.
