The Henrietta Township Complex is located at the corner of Vermilion and Garfield Roads. The complex consists of the town hall and road maintenance buildings.


The township is governed by a three–member board of trustees who are elected in November of odd-numbered years to a four-year term beginning on the following January 1st.

The township is 21.3 square miles with a population of 1,873. It is a combination of both agriculture and residential with proximity to the Ohio Turnpike and State Route Two to the north and State Route 20 /480 to the south making it an easy commute to the Greater Cleveland area.​

The Board of Trustees would like to remind all residents to please keep your property free of all junk vehicles, trash, accumulation of vegetation and other debris. The Township is going to enforce all Zoning and Ohio laws regarding these matters.   

Elected Officials

The Henrietta Town Hall is not available for rental during the current Covid-19 Pandemic.

Please check the website for updates regarding the rental policy. 

 Henrietta Township will hold the Fall Dumpsters on October 15th thru 17th. The times will be 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Thursday and Friday and from 8:00 AM to Noon on Saturday.
